Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
We have outsourced everything except making up t-shirt designs to the nice people at Spreadshirt. Your order will be handled and posted by them, and you will also make your payments to them. So basically, we do the fun stuff, and they do the boring stuff. It's really nice! (It's also probably for that reason they take most of your money.) Do you ship to my country?
Spreadshirt Europe does not yet ship to the US. But if you like our t-shirts and live in the US, please send us a note and we will ponder setting up a shop there as well! For a list of countries where Spreadshirt can deliver, see next question. What are the shipping fees to my country?
For a complete list of shipping fees, see this Spreadshirt page. How long will my order take to deliver?
Spreadshirt is usually very fast at preparing your orders. For more information, see their FAQ. What size should I order?
By surfing around at the Spreadshirt Product Assortment Guide, you should get a grip on what sizes suits you the most. What type of quality do your tees have?
The quality of the Spreadshirt products and prints are very good overall. But Spreadshirt also has the possibility of printing t-shirts in "Flock" or "Flex" printing. This technique gives the print a superior quality to normal printing. It's a little bit more expensive, but worth every penny. Some of our t-shirts are available in these techniques - check them out! More information about different printing techniques can be found at Spreadshirt Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. See further details in the Spreadshirt FAQ. How can I pay?
Spreadshirt takes all major credit cards. See further details in the Spreadshirt FAQ. | |
